Delicious Meal Tonight

Mom made such a delicious dinner tonight. I was doing a lot of work here in the house, and so mom decided to make us a very easy meal. She made a ground meat with some mushroom soup and then some green beans oh golly it was delicious. While writing this post right now, my stomach is growling for more food. And i am thinking on eating again and probably share it with my husband. Yeah hubby loved mom cooking as well, mom is the best cook. Whenever i don't have time to cook she always do all the cooking and it's always yummy. Gotta love having different cook in the house. That's all for now and you all enjoy.

Suprise For Me

I was trying to trick my husband into picking out his own Christmas present. I wanted to buy him a nice watch. But he tricked me instead. Later that day while we was shopping for the kids.He told me he had to go to the restroom. And came back smiling so big. He would not tell me why. That night he made a romantic dinner. And gave a small box. I opened it up an inside was the michael kors watch that caught my earlier that day. While I was trying to trick him. He is just to smart for his own good. He likes spoiling me and the kids. But we need to spoil him to. I ll have to try harder now

My Homemade Meatloaf

This is how my meatloaf look before it was cooked. It was a lot of work but it was very worth it. This is my first time to make meatloaf and i am so glad it turns out really good. What can i say i love cooking, i look at few recipes and i always twist it to make it different and a little mine.

Just got this out from the oven and golly it smells really good. I wasn't sure how it's gonna turn after it was baked but i am very pleased with the result of this. It was heavy when i got it out from the oven. This was the biggest meatloaf i have ever seen hehehheheheh.

And of course we can't forget what's inside of my meatloaf.. I had to put a little decoration inside to make my meatloaf even prettier. This meatloaf is less fattening because i am using a different meat. The bacon was a great add of this recipes...

I found the recipe online however, i did not follow what they have as the ingredients. I used different stuff instead, then i added some veggies that i chopped very tiny.. Then of course my secret ingredients.. My crew loves the meatloaf, as my husband said this is the best meatloaf that he ever had in his life, we almost ate all of it. I am so glad how my meatloaf turns out, cannot wait to bake more meal. Each time i try different meals to experiment.

Just Being Lazy Today

Today i decided to just be lazy, since my back is still hurting i limit myself on what i can do. Although i can't really sit so long.. Sitting is one of my problem, the longer i sit the painful my lower back hurts. I think since i sat down i have moved so many times hahahahhaha. Today is my first Saturday day off and i am loving it. My husband is out helping his friend moved some things, then me, mom and my princess is here in the house staying warm. Love this kind of day we don't get it often though.. Big Savings On This

Last week i went coupons shopping and i got a lot of food that we like. I save 60% just by using coupons. I am so proud of myself that i am learning on using the coupon. Some items aren't in the picture since it the table can't handle it. The table was crowded with all the items that i bought that day.
