Noodles for Lunch

We had a late lunch today just because we are trying to finish a lot of work. Mom finished sorting the pictures that my husband printed and my hubby done editing the pictures. Today i finished the stupic for one of our school which is awesome, now i am just waiting for another school to send me their STI information that way i can start working on it. Scared of Bad Weather

This year has been scary for all of us here in Alabama and other states as well. We loss our one of our friend because of the tornado that hit Alabama few months ago. Looking back about what happened really scares me, it made me think about having a underground shelter here in our house just encase another tornado will come our way. Tornado is unstoppable and scary, is does kill a lot of people. Hopefully that there is no more tornado, it's hard to predict but hopefully it won't be as bad as last time. So i guess if we have underground shelter we all going to be safe.

Pakbet

The other night i made pakbet for our dinner .. this dish is a mix of different vegetables that we are used in cooking back home. I have not made this kind of dish so i decided to give my family a nice dinner. I also made Sauteed Bok Choy with beef, and of course the rice. Cooking is my passion so whenever i think something to cook i always do it. The pakbet turn out to be really good, as well as the bok choy. It's simple and healthy, it's very easy to make as well. Busy Busy Here

Our schedule has been really busy here lately which is awesome. Today me and my husband are just working here in our studio putting some stuff together, ready to be printed. I am so happy that everything are finally coming all together slowly. After all the hard work that me and my husband put into our studio, i think it slowly paying as off. Our goal today is to have this lab going and then start printing pictures. Then aside from that we have few seniors students that are coming later on for their senior portraits pictures. I love seeing the book load with appointments, however i control how many people should be here in the studio, that my husband won't be load up with seniors here. My Busy Kitchen

Our kitchen is very simple and nice... it's like a new york style of kitchen. However, i love it a lot, especially when i am cooking because everything are there and i don't have to walk so far. Each time i cook meal i always make sure that i cook two different meal that way we have left overs for dinner. On this picture as you can see i have three things going on.. one of them is rice noodles, then stir-fry and of course the sweet tea boiling. Yummy Curry
