Oven Green Tomatoes and Squash

When my mom told me about her green tomatoes and squash recipes, i asked him if he could make it.   Few weeks ago she made it and golly it was delicious.  I told her to make it again, these are good for appetizer or even for dinner with some grilled chicken.  Since mom is living with us, i have been eating really good food.  It's not that i don't cook food, but it's nice to have someone else cook meal for you.  We exchange cooking here in the house, sometimes we ask my husband to grill for us, because he is the best when it comes to grilling.  Anyway, that's all for now and you all have a great time.

What an awesome camera to have

 hmmm find waterproof cameras at the source and i am thinking on buying it. I think this would be perfect for our trip especially if it involved water. Me and my husband have different cannon camera but we never own any of the waterproof. We are a big cannon people, although our friends own nikon, but me and my husband is sticking to cannon.  I think we are just used to it you know, cannon is a great camera as well and we love it.  I have to show my husband this cannon waterproof.  The price of this camera is affordable, maybe we can get this as a present for the kids.  Our kids love swimming, so maybe giving them one of waterproof camera would be a great idea.  That's all for now, thank you for always stopping by here in my blog.

My Way of Cooking Fish

When i went to the Filipino store few weeks ago. I bought different kind of fish, some of them are the fish that are shown on the pictures below. I need to go back to the soon since i am out of fish.  I have been cooking it like crazy lately hehehehhehe. 

This recipe i found it online, they used a different cabbage,  so i decided to make mine a little bit different.  I put cabbage on the bottom of the pan, then put the fish on the top of the the stuffing that i made.  Then added another cabbage to cover the fish.   After doing all of that, i put all my ingredients then salt and pepper to taste. 

When everything is done, this is how it looks without the cabbage on the top of the fish.  The fish was really good, i ate most of it since my crew did not like the fish that much, which i already knew you know.  I am just thankful that they respect my addiction of fish hehehehehhe.  I cannot wait to make another meal like this. She is Cooking Dinner

My mother-in-law is cooking her delicious dinner tonight for everyone.  A deer meat cube with mushroom gravy, the house is smelling really good and it's making me hungry.  I asked mom earlier while i was on my way home if she can make some of the deer meat as well as vegetables, and i am glad that she said yes.  I love her cooking, she is the best cook.  I was her taster awhile ago and golly was it good.  The dinner should be ready in time for my husband to come home.  He have a 5:00 o'clock appointment and i know it won't last long.  My stomach is growling just smelling and tasting the food..  Anyway, that's all for now and you all have  a great time.
