My step-daughter is on vacation right now. Few days ago i think it was Wednesday she called me and i told her to take a lot of pictures with her cell phone since she have her cell with her. Thursday she sent me this picture, it's so pretty and i am so jealous. Few of my friend had told me "Isn't that rubbing you a little bit"? hahahhahaha. I told them yeah kinda, but i told her to take pictures hahahahha. One day i want me and my husband to go to the beach and enjoy it. It has been a long time since i went to the beach.

My Own Version Of Chicken Soup

Everyone has their own way of making a chicken soup. The other day since it was cold a little, i decided to make this delicious chicken soup that everyone loves. I love throwing things in my recipes and it happens to always taste good. Cooking is one of my passion and i love spoiling my crew with my delicious recipes. My Very Own Recipe

This is what we had for dinner tonight... I really don't know what to cook so i put together a lot of vegetables with some tomatoes, onions, pineapple, ketchup and my other secret recipes. My crew loves it a lot, we eat this with garlic bread and brown rice. My husband is my taster when it comes to my cooking and this recipe definitely past his taste hahahahha. I love cooking so much that creating new recipe is my passion. I am glad that i can cook because it sure save as a lot of money having to eat a home-made meal. Anyway, we have a little left over that we can eat tomorrow and i am glad.

My Homemade Palitaw

Yesterday me and my step-daughter are so bored and was thinking on what we can do. I just remembered that i have a glutinous rice flour and other ingredients that i need. So i told my step-daughter that i am going to make some dessert .. She asked me what kind and i just told her it's a sweet flour dessert and it's really good. So before we prepare the dinner we start making the dough and when my friend Shawn arrive from buying the coconut i start making them and boy it was delicious they all love it.

Been Eating A Lot

My husband told me that since i have been taking the medicine i have now. I have been eating a lot, well there's always something that i can take, there's even a adderall weight loss and other kind of weight loss that i can take. Eating is one thing that i just can't stop at all..... Today i think i probably eat few biscuits already. Later i want to go to the market and get me some fish and rice. Planting The Tree

My husband and son has been working early in the morning planting all the trees, that they got from our friend Charlie. I am not really sure what this plants called but it's sure pretty, i cannot wait to see it grow. I thin kit's going to be very pretty once it's grow. Today it's all about the garden outside, since we can't go to the Flea Market. They are such a hard working man and i am proud of them. We are trying to make the house pretty....

Worried About Wrinkle

Most of us now a days are so worried on having wrinkles. Even myself i am not looking forward on having wrinkles, that's why i always tell my husband that i can't be mad all the time because that will only make me look older hahahahahha. He Will Be Cooking

My son is going to cook dinner for us later. He was gonna make some dinner last night but when i saw that we have enough soup for dinner. I told him that he can do the cooking tomorrow night which is later. I am very proud of my son, he is getting better as days goes by. I could not thank him enough or tell him how proud i am to be his mom. He is not my blood but to be a family it doesn't need to be the same DNA.. You may have same DNA or blood but if you doesn't treat them good it's useless. I am excited for dinner, i know he is a good cook.... For now i cannot do anything because i am sick.... Ramen Noodles

Just asked my son to prepare me some noodles since i am a bit hungry. I tell you my son is such a great nurse for me, he has been doing great taking care of me. I just told him thank you for taking care of me. My husband is proud of him as well, i don't know whats up but i feel like eating a lot today. I have been starving i guess, not because we did not have food in the house. But that's because i just love to eat so much. Hubby bought me some apple juice that i like, and now my son is making noodles for me. Today i feel so spoiled but they both understand though. Gotta love having this great family of mine. I love my husband and kids and i am lucky to have them in my life.

Dont Know What To Eat

Before hubby left he told me to eat that way i will feel better quickly. I know we have left over from the soup i made the other day, however, i am just too lazy to stand up right now hahahhahaha. Yeah i am in my lazy mood for today since i am not feeling good at all. The chicken soup is my pick today and i am actually heating it right now. I made this soup the other night since it was a bit cold. So i thought well how about i surprised my husband with some delicious food. Love Table Tennis

Back when i was living in the Philippines and my and other friends use to play table tennis alot. We are not that good but we managed to have so much. Table tennis is fun to watch especially if you like it so much. I am wondering how much would it cost us to buy a table tennis here in the US. I told my husband that maybe we should start shopping around for something that kids will all enjoy. Made A Different Version

of curry the other night and boy it was good. I love cooking a lot, and lately i have been researching online for some recipes that i want to do. The other night when i was browsing in my phone i found this very delicious recipe and i told my husband that we are gonna have some of his favorite dish which is the curry. The ingredients are very simple, it's easy to make as well. Chicken curry is his favorite, and i don't cook it often enough but when i do .... I make sure it's delicious. There different curry that he likes, the one last night is different from the curry i have made before. Gotta love chicken curry, i think we still have a little left overs at home heheheh. Health Care

Me and my husband have been wanting another child. But being self employed it hard to afford health care. I very much want a baby of my own. So we have bee researching way to get insurance. Salmon Patties Again

Since our friend told me about the Salmon patties, i have been so addicted to it. Today i made another Salmon patties that we can have for lunch. My husband loves this kind of meal, when i told him this morning that our lunch is going to be salmon patties he was like.... yummmyyyy.... We love simple meal, easy it is, and healthy is the best. I am so proud how we are with our food, me and my husband has been eating healthy food. From time to time there's some fried but rarely though. When i cooked some meal i always use our non stick skillet that way no need to use any oil. He has very proud on how do my cooking and that makes me very happy. Anyway, i am waiting for my husband to get back from one of the baseball game, then go to get my step-daughter after we eat lunch.

Upgrading

We have had a small hand held leaf blow for a years now. I think James' dad gave it to him. We took it to the shop right before spring. He told us we needed to start running high octane fuel. Since the quality of our fuel is so poor. But even after that the little blower died. James has for a long time wanted a back pack blower. He really would like a echo blower Those are the ones he looks at every time we are in Lowes. So I hope he spoils himself and go ahead and gets one. Better to buy once and it last for many years. Than buy one every 2 or 3 years.

Family And Friends

My husband And I are bless with great friends. All of my family are halfway around the world. So His family and friends became mine. James is closest to his mom. His mom and dad divorced when he was young. and he grew up with little contact with him. until he was in his teens. You can tell they care for each other but are not at each others side alot. James and his friends all are very close. If one is going thru something they all are there to help in anyway possible. I think he is closer to his friends than his bother. His is controlling and does not let him come around unless they need something. They use to be close but she put a stop to that. I can tell it bother James.
Thru this last round of storm we was going to be without power for 5 to 10 days. When James' dad heard that he ask if we could find a generator. James told him no where close had anything. a hour later he called back and told us he bought one. And said he needed one anyway. He was bringing it to us. And for us to use it til everything was back to normal.. That shocked us alot. We are not use to family acting like family.

Tring Everything

We have been buy our son a herbal pill for his acne. It was working very well but he hates taking pills. And I kinda understand my husband has to remind us all to take our vitamins. So after looking over the reviews I am leaning towards buying him accutane I believe it will be alot easier on him to remember. To clean his face every night after his shower. He's not a morning person at all. It's hard enough to get him to eat breakfast. Much less getting him to remember to take a pill. But if he does not take care of his face. Own his on we will not be buying up things and him not use it.
