It has been awhile since I had this kind of dessert, this is simply delicious. It's very easy to make and doesn't takes a lot of time. No need to fry it whatsoever, all you need is rice flour, wate, sugar and sesame seeds. I was looking at the online recipes today and it makes me want to make this dessert. Hopefully this next week I will have time to go to the Filipino store that way I can buy all the ingredients that I need to make the Palitaw. This is one of the easiest dessert, no need oil at all. Snacking Some Chips With Spinach Dip

I am hungry so I have to east some snack which is the chips with spinach dip. It's not what I wanted to eat really, but I want something quick, simple and easy. And with the qualification the chips and dip qualified hahahhahahah. I only had chicken soup for dinner that is why I am a bit hungry still... It's funny sometimes because I am use on snacking at night and each time I go to our friends house and spend the night I always get up and look for something to eat. Two of my friends actually started eating at night as well after I stayed with them for awhile ahhahahahha. Anyway, there's nothing wrong on eating as long as you watch how much food you eat hhehehe. Delicious Sald We Had

Last night we did not know what to have for dinner. So my husband asked me if I wanted some salad for dinner. Well why not I love salad you know it's good for you. When we went to wal-mart we bought veggies for salad and then salad dressing which is ranch of course. Since we have some left overs ham, he use it for salad.. He sliced it very nicely and gosh the salad was fantastic.. The best salad I've ever taste, my husband asked me if he did great. I told him he did perfect, the dressing that he put on my salad was just perfect. So that's all we ate last night was the salad and then watch movie and played on our laptop. Some Of The Food We Have During The Party

Supreme pizza is one of Lexi's friend favorite, so instead of giving them one food. I decided to get a different kind of pizza cause not all of them love Cheese pizza.


Cheese pizza is one of Lexi most favorite, I asked my husband what would be a great food for the kids he told me that pizza. There wasn't much kids at the party anyway cause we invited the people that Lexi enjoy the most you know.


Chicken curry for our adult visitors, I made another food such as ham, Mexican lasagna and then sweet sticky rice for dessert but sad to say I forgot to take pictures during the birthday. I got so much things in my hand that I just completely forgot. I was having fun watching Lexi blowing up the candle and then opening presents. Being a mom is such a wonderful feeling.

I was very pleased and happy that everyone loves my food. The first thing that was gone yesterday was the chicken curry and the Lasagna. It was my first time to make the Mexican and I am glad that they are all please with it. Thanks to my mom and dad who taught me on cooking. That's all for now and I hope that you all enjoy.

About To Go To Sleep

I am not sleepy really but I just have to be in bed cause it's already morning and almost 2:00 o'clock. Holly molly I did not even notice it, the clock is sure ticking fast here. Just when I'm doing something that I wanted to be done, it feels like I don't have enough time hahahahahha. My two lovely babies are all asleep and I can hear them snore now hahahhaha. Yeah I think it's time for me to be there and join them. Hubby told me now to stay up too late because he knows if I don't get enough sleep I will be so tired tomorrow during the tournament. Finally Bought Our Car Insurance

Few weeks ago me and my husband was browsing around the internet for some auto insurance quotes. We actually went to a different web site just to compare what we can get you know. This time out money is a bit tight so we are shopping wisely. It took us one day just to shop for car insurance, but it was worth it because the next morning we decided which insurance company we gonna use. Is Getting Hungry

It's 11:33 here at night and I am still up... Well we got home about an hour ago, and then do some work. Now I am getting hungry, it's that I did not eat anything earlier you know. I think I'm just use on snacking something at night I guess. Or I because the food I ate awhile ago wasn't much. At the tournaments there was some cakes and veggies. I had two slice of cakes and then some veggies that's it.... Well I probably heat up something in few minutes, but not sure what tho hahahhaha. Browsing around the net for his car... My husband bought a car about few weeks ago and he is trying to buy something that will make it look cool... I know how much he loves his new toy so I support him on whatever makes him happy. Since he is looking for something that will make his car look cool. Just Finished Eating Lunch...

.... with my husband.... I was not able to cook anything special today for lunch but we have ravioli for lunch and it was really good. Simple and easy to prepare you know.... My stomach is so hungry and can't wait any longer hahhahahhaha. Anyway, hopefully tonight if we finish early on our tournament, I might be able to cook something that we can just heat-up in the morning. I like cooking a lot of food that way when we need it the next day. We just heat up and be ready in few minutes you know. I made this twice last year and I was very thankful that my husband loves it. It's perfect for morning snack you know, partner it with coffee oh gosh you are set to go. Basketball Tomorrow

Oh yeah it's a fun day for all of us tomorrow. Me and my husband will be going to a different basketball game tomorrow since we have two games at different time yet different places which is impossible for us to be together. I will be working close to house and he will be working far about 44 minutes away from the house. Taking pictures of the basketball game is awesome, I enjoyed it so much because I am able to watch at the same time. Even though the ball is too friendly sometimes but hey it's part of my job and I have to suck it up and be tough you know. My game tomorrow will start at 1 pm to 6 pm and then my husband is at 9 am to 12 pm. We love being photographers and it's an awesome thing to do. She Is Growing

My goodness talking about eating a lot..... I am very surprised on how much my daughter can eat now. Last night she ate 7 times, oh yeah she did..... Even though I told her that she can't have too much food because it will upset her stomach she still asked for food so I went ahead and gave her cause I don't want her to be hungry you know. I told my husband about it and he just said gosh she is growing. Oh yeah she is growing alright, I don't like her to grow you know but I know one day soon she will be a growing up woman. I am not excited about that because I love her being little girl.

Anyway, we already ate at the Chinese Buffet, after we came home. Her and her daddy went outside and play with the 4wheeler. She told her dad that she is going another loop because she is ready to eat dinner. They came in the house and said what's for dinner, I told her that she just ate. Oh my gosh this reminds me when I was this age, I just keep eating and eating ahhahahahha. Had To Take A Quick Break

I was hungry and tired after doing a lot of updates here in my blog. So I asked my husband if I could have chips with spinach dip. Perfect snack to have, I love spinach dip..... What A Wonderful Date

Today I was gonna do blogging and try to post some updates but when my husband told me to go to Centre. I just felt so happy because I have been wanting to have a family date since it's been awhile since we done a family date. Gotta Love Deer Meat

My husband, Lexi and Me are deer meat lover. When we went to visit my mother-in-law and step-father-in-law they gave us a lot of deer meat and gosh it is awesome. I love deer meat and it's good too, I am very thankful because I don't need to buy any meat unless it's needed in the future you know. I might buy some chicken here and there but not all the time. With all the meat we have I think we are set for all meat. Now we just have to buy some vegetables but not much too because I have few frozen veggies from my friends last year. What I Ate For Dinner?

Well I made rice of course can't forget that and then I fried a nice delicious tilapia. It was delicious and I actually ate a lot, it was my first time eat a bunch at night. My Homemade Mash Potato

My first mash potato and I am so thankful it turn out really good. Wasn't sure how it will turn out but the taste was just perfect and my husband loves it. Gosh I am a bit late but oh well I well say Happy New Year anyway. How's the year goes so far? I hope this year will bring more blessing to me and my family.
