Cold Weather

I sure not liking this cold weather, I am ready for spring yet it's so far away still. I just feel lazy when it's cold and all I want to do is spend time with my man and daughter and be lazy. However, we all know that can't happened because we have to work. I was thinking today that since our house doesn't not have any security systems yet I thought it'd be nice to have some wireless security systems. Morning Everyone

How's everyone doing today? For me I am fine as I would say, however not completely fine since my sinus is bothering me. I took some medicine already so I hope this will go away before Christmas. This is what I get for not wearing my coat the other day.. I completely forgot about it but I have sweater on tho, but because the weather was too cold it did not help.. I woke-up this morning made some pumpkin spice coffee and some biscuits with Jelly. Just a simple breakfast you know, tomorrow I might cook a bunch of food since it's going to be a Christmas night. I cannot wait for the day to arrives, I am getting really excited.. Anyway, that's all for now and you all have a great time.

Individual Health Insurance

Before I wanted to buy health insurance for me because I don't know what's gonna happened in the future, but since I am married I don't need to have individual health insurance. What I am looking now is health insurance that will be good for me and my husband, so as of right now we just continue on shopping until I will find the one that we are looking for. Some of the health insurance that we found are just to expensive and we can't afford it you know. So hopefully next year we will find the health insurance the will suit our income. Yummy Ribs....

The other night my husband have to go to take pictures of some basketball game that we have in one of our school. I wasn't sure what to cook for dinner, however I have ribs thaw out and some ground beef... So I went browsing the net and see what kind of recipe I can find. I went to food-network and found the recipe that I was looking for. However, I did not have all the ingredients that I need so what I did is just put some spice that I have and made it as my own recipe. At first I wasn't sure if it will turn out great but I tell you, my husband my nephew loves it, I was very pleased when they keep eating for more. It always makes me happy when someone loves my cooking you know. These ribs was juicy and tender, it was perfect... That's all for now enjoy you night everyone.

Exactly What We Have

In the new house that we have now, we have one metal building which is great for our other stuff that need to be stored. I know last year me and my husband was shopping for metal building that we can rent. We stopped this place where we found different sizes of metal buildings, we found one that we liked but we never did went and get it. We are very busy that day, it was the month that we just can't fit any other schedule to do something other than working in the studio. Anyway, it's nice to have a metal building to store something or for animals. That's all for now and you all have a great time.

Frozen Meat

I always keep a lot of meat in our freezer, cause I don't shop a lot. Now we have bigger freezer I am trying to just shop once a month and stock all the food that we will need. We have a lot of space now in our freezer which is great. I've been wanting for us to have a big freezer so I can store a lot of meat and vegetables. Sunday when we come home from our Georgia trip I told my husband that we have more meat to be added in our freezer and we are very happy about it. My mother-in-law gave us a lot of deer meat and it's is delicious..:).... That's all for now and you all have a great day.

Some Of Our Food

Me goofing with the camera and nothing else to take picture with so I went inside the pantry and took pictures of our food. Actually this photo was taken months ago but I did not have a chance to share it here in my blog. I love buying can food because for some reason I always need it for something. These cans that you see on this picture is just partial on what we have in our pantry. I did not realized after we moved that these can't are not much really. I went to buy more cans actually about two weeks ago with my sister-in-law and now our pantry here in the house does not look like this anymore. This photo was taken when we are living in our old house. I have different kind of food in my pantry and I love it :). That's all for now take care everyone.

Sweet Banana

Okay in my country we called this "maruya" banana coated with brown sugar syrup. I did not really think that my husband will love it as much as I do. But when I made this for the first time he ate a bunch was a bit upset cause I dropped one on the floor. Well I did not know that he loves it so much, and when I took the plate back to the kitchen I accidentally the rest of the sweet banana. So I went back to trade day to get the banana that I use and made it again a week after that and we love it. It's been awhile since I have this kind of cooking you know, so I thought I'd give it try see if I can get it without messing it up :). That's all for now enjoy everyone.

I Love Florida

How I wish that one of these days we all can visit panama city fl. I probably say it before but I will say it again, I have never been to Florida at all. I know it's a beautiful place to go visit but we just can't afford it right now. Maybe one day all of our wishes will come true, but the wish won't come true if we don't work :). Sweet Potato

This was really delicious, I love it. I've never baked sweet potato like this at all. This was my first time to taste it and I love it. I will probably make it again this Christmas only if my sister-in-law is coming to the house. I know we have to spend Christmas in the house because that's all our plan. Since we just got the house, I told my husband that I want us all to spend our Christmas here. Anyway, hope that I did not make you hungry by looking at this dessert. That's all and enjoy.

Ready For Christmas?

Oh we are all ready for Christmas, this is the best Christmas ever for all of us. Although I am not completely done with my shopping however I am ready for the holiday. I am still looking for somethings that I can give for my step-daughter Lexi. It's not hard to find gifts for her since she is very easy to please. She done told me that she won't care what she get this Christmas as long as it's for little girl. So that makes my shopping really easy and I won't have to spend too much time inside the mall. Potato Candies

During Thanksgiving my sister-in-law made this Potato candies. I've never had it before but I tell you it is really good. I probably ate between 5 to 10 pieces of candies. I can't resist it you know, it's delicious and does not kill my appetite. She told me it's very easy to make and it's perfect for holidays. I was thinking on making this to give away to my friends, I don't need much since I am only giving it to few people I knew. But anyway, I thought I'd share this to all of you. So Many Ways To Loss Weight

I've heard so much about the lose belly fat and I did not have given it enough time to really sit down and read more information about it. I did read few but not what other people was saying about it you know. My husband has been joking about his big belly for the past months now, and honestly I really don't care if he gained weight or what. I love him the way he is, I am very happy and content with our life, that's all that really matters. But I know he wants to loss weight which I can understand you know. Left Over Chicken

Perfect way to cook left over chicken. I sometimes buy chicken at wal-mart and normally we don't end-up eating the entire chicken. So what I do I always cook the rest with vegetables, and sometimes cook it with rice. Just something that is light for our dinner, but I was very surprised with this recipe I made up because my husband loves it and actually almost ate all of it. I can't help if but I have some veggies and some left overs I just mix them together as long as they taste great. That's all for now and have a blessed night.

I love cooking so much, it's one of my passion. I cook about anything and really I don't follow a lot of recipe. I love to make a little bit of mine, I put a little bit of celery, onions and tomatoes and salt to taste and other spicy. It's very easy to make, my husband loves it. Talking About Vacation

Don't we all wish to go for a vacation this time of year especially it's cold. Well at least it's cold where I lived at. Me and my husband sometimes talked about vacation but at this time we just can't afford yet. There is a charleston vacation rentals that I found few minutes ago. What A Great Husband

The other night we are not really that busy so I had time to be with my husband while he was taking pictures of the Crossville basketball game. Since this time we only have one car, I thought I'd just finish the game and let my husband go home riding his motorcycle to avoid the rain and so he won't get really cold. So he told me that he will be making the dinner and I just told him what was thawed out. I tell you my husband can cook, he can cook anything and taste like the food you get from the restaurant.

So I finished at around 9:30 pm and I told him that I am on my way home. When I arrived home as I stepped into the door I can already smell the food and I was really excited to taste because I know it is delicious. I am very thankful to have a husband like him his everything that I ever wanted. Very loving, supportive, fun, sweet, adventurous, and always makes me laugh. Anyway, back to the dinner he made, I ate most of my food and I thank him a lot of times for making the most delicious dinner.

I Thought We Need

Finally we are done moving to our new house, I thought the other day we might need some mounts to use for our television since one is a flat screen tv and I wasn't sure if it's going to fit in our furniture. But unfortunately it did fit and I am glad because this time we are trying to save up some money that we can use for this coming holidays. Thanksgiving has passed by already but we are excited and getting ready for the Christmas. This is going to be the best Christmas for all of us which is awesome.
