My Breakfast Casserole

This is so delicious... I went to visit our friends house and saw some of her cook book recipes and found few recipes that really interest me. This breakfast casserole is one of them, I wanted to make something different for my husband and daughter that way we have different breakfast you know. Although we all love pancakes, my husband and daughter told me that I make the most best pancakes. Well not to brag but yeah I want my pancakes to look better that you get from the restaurant. I guess I just love cooking so much that I want everything to be beautiful and elegant looking or should I say presentable to other people. Well that's what all the chef love to do right? Just awhile ago me and my husband was talking about the weight that we gained. I know he doesn't like how he looks now but I still love him no matter what. My husband is an awesome cooked, he made the best Chicken Parmesan and I love it. Last week we all was thinking on what to have for dinner. I wasn't sure what to cook since I have to go to wal-mart and buy few things. As I was shopping at the meat area I glanced to the chicken and said oh I know exactly what I want for dinner, so I called him and asked if he can make the chicken parmesan that I love. Chicken With Dumplings

My husband is not picky when it comes to food. The other night I thought I'd bake Chicken with Dumplings because I know how much he loves it. I do love chicken with dumplings as well they are very delicious. This is very easy to make and I baked this for just 30 minutes and there our dinner is ready. I do love cooking different kind of food whenever I have chance to cook. I have a lot of cooking book collection in our house but I hardly use them :). Chicken Soup

We had chicken soup for our lunch and dinner today. We all need it, although my step-daughter asked for pizza rolls which I already knew she will. I wanted to eat something but I just don't know what, so I decided to make chicken soup with veggies just like my mom make it. I did not have all the ingredients that I need but I have some cabbage, onions, tomatoes and other beans, then just I just sprinkled it with some salt and pepper. The soup was really good and we all love it, I told my husband that I want him to go to work full and when he comes home the food will be ready. Old Version Of Black and White

I love playing with pictures, and since yesterday I did have time to edit some of our pictures. I thought I'd give it a different look, I love how this picture look this is the old black and white. This picture of my and Lexi was taken few days ago during the sports banquet. We are the camera lover, I want to have a lot of pictures with her and save it all for our memories. How I Wish We Can Afford

How I wish we all can afford for some Costa Rica Travel. I've never been to this place but a friend of mine took a vacation just this year and she told me how beautiful it is. I've been to Cancun Mexico which I love so much but I think Costa Rica is different than the places I've been already. Don't you just wish you have some money right now and go for vacation? I know I am even my husband, but we have other things that we need to do, plus we really don't need any vacation right now. Published My Two Recipes

I am so happy that my recipes has been approved and published online. I really did not think they will approve it, I have a lot of recipes but I only submitted two of them and both of them got approved. One lady contacted me already about the recipe and gosh it made me so happy. It's always my dream to be a chef but I am glad on the life I have. I am the chef of my husband and step-daughter and I very pleased that they always love my cooking. There are few food that they don't eat but I can understand no offense on my side.

Anyway, I am excited to post more recipes and hopefully I will get a lot of feedback from other people. I used to post a lot of recipes here in my blog but sometimes I just get tired measuring all the ingredients when I'm cooking. However, I memorized all the measurements I use. Just like what I told to my friends when it comes to cooking all you have to do is know how to control the salt and add some spice that way you will have a delicious food. How Lose Weight?

Well I gained couple lbs. about three months ago and luckily I loss it for eating right food. I just eat some veggies with meat and a bit of rice. I still eat rice even though I need to lose weight, however, doesn't mean that every time you have some rice you will gained weight because if that is the case I would've gained it all. Anyway, my husband and I talked about going to a web site and see how much colories we should take everyday. So I thought I'd go ahead and look for it that way I can contrl my eating more. Cold Morning

Gosh it's freezing cold when we got up this morning. I have to wear t-shirt underneath my turtle neck and then vest. Our heater here in the studio is broken which is not fun but thankfully we have three small heater. We have to call the company today to come and fix our heater because I don't like being in cold at all. Today is very easy day for us, we only have appointment which is my friend Gina and her family to have their family portraits, then after that I think me and my husband are taking the day off that way he can finish working to this car. New Desktop Computer

My computer here at the office is a little bit old, and sometimes it act so weird. Yesterday I had problem with it, I don't know what taking so long to start it or why the keyboard does not work but I was a little bit scared that something might have happen. So my husband told me that he buy me a new desktop computer when everything settle in. We have three desktop computers here in the office, one is for Lexi to play, then the computer of my husband and then mine. I love using the desktop computer especially on the things that I do. So hopefully that I will have a new one before I know it.

Delicious Noodles

Cooking is one of the things that I enjoy doing. I made this noodles for my husband and his friends. I thought they deserved a good meal after working so hard. My husband has been wanting to work on his car that way we will two cars instead of one. Me and my husband is watching this favorite comedy of ours and we are enjoying it. We are tired and soon we need to go to bed because we have to wake-up early tomorrow. So Sweet Of Them

Me and my husband has been working so hard this week and hardly have enough sleep. Last night after the trunk or treats we stayed home because it was a bit cold outside and we really don't feel like going out more. So we just watch television with the kids and play with the computer as well. My husband and I went to bed around 10 or 11 in the evening and the kids they tried to stay-up late. We let them stay-up late during weekends because that's the only time that they can spend time to each other and play.

I fell asleep right away, and this morning I heard some noise and it was my husband and the kids. They woke-up early for some reason and I heard my husband telling them to not make a noise because I am still asleep. He is such a sweet husband to me, I thought that so sweet of them to be concerned on how much rest I can get. But unfortunately I have to get up to fix them breakfast, no matter how hard I tried to rest I just can't sleep any longer. I am use on waking up early in the morning and when I want to get enough sleep I just can't. Anyway, that's all for now and you all have a great time.

This is what I ate on my lunch and probably eat again for dinner since I made a lot. I always try to cooked a lot of food that way we don't have to cook again for few days.
