I have been wanting to go visit Orlando because since I came here in United that's all I have been wishing you know. I heard so much about Orlando and that it's a fun place to go visit. Plus the Disney World is there too, I've been to Disney Land in California but some of my friends told me that Disney World is much better. And today I found this great deal for Orlando hotel reservations, and I am thinking hmmm I wish I have the cash to go. Well maybe one day I can have a fun vacation going to Orlando. What's For Dinner?

Well it's 3:01 pm in here now and I am thinking on what to cook for super this evening. Maybe some soup will be good since it's cold outside. I love chili and I might sweet talk my baby for that to make some chili for us. He can make the best chili of all, that's the first thing I asked him before if he can make a good chili because it's one of my favorite (lol). Anyway, I have a bunch of recipe line up in the house and I am not sure which one should I cook first you know. So tonight when I go home I might just look at them and see if I can find the easy one. Since I love cooking so much, I always search for something new. I found few recipes that I want to try this coming thanksgiving. Yeah I have been cooking some American food lately and I am enjoying it. I have few friends of mine who loves my cooking, that's why I love trying different kind of recipes. Taking VolleyBall Pictures

This morning we all have to get up early in the morning because we have volleyball tournaments which starts at 9:00 in the morning. Yeah very early and I have to be there before the game starts. I love volleyball because that's the game which I used to play when I was in my high school. Today it was fun because all the players are great and I enjoyed it a lot while taking pictures as well.

Taking pictures of the volleyball reminds be back when I was still in high school. I was in the tournaments for 3 hours and really did not used all my cards that I took with me because I did not take much pictures. That's all for now and you all have a great night.

Bought An Old Recipe Books

Few weeks ago we went to Thrift Store to look for something that we can use for our studio. They have a bunch of books so we browse around their books and we found books for the baby and of course some old recipe books. I love cooking and I enjoy trying different kind of recipes each time. I wanted to do it everyday but sometimes I'm just too busy to do it.

On the recipe book that I bought I found the recipe that I have been looking for. I have been wanting to make bread and I just can't find the right recipe you know. I am just preparing for the holiday and we were thinking that I can bake and give it to friends. I will be sharing more of my cooking soon and I hope you will enjoy it.

Made Some Rice Noodles

...with sardines.... Tonight I was thinking on what to cook for dinner. I want something that is fast and does not need to thawed out. So I decided to make sardines with onions, cabbage and rice noodles. My mom used to cook it back when I was still in the Philippines, fast and easy. And plus I also made some fish with soy sauce, tomatoes, banana pepper, vinegar, salt and paper.

I did not know how the rice noodles will turn out but I am glad it turn out great. So I had rice noodles with sardine and some fish with veggies in it. Yummy huh, it made me think about my family in the Philippines. Anyway, that's all for now and you all have fun.
