Bitter Melon Recipe

Last night I made bitter melon with left over chicken. I have not eaten bitter melon in a long time. I had it a while back I think it was 2004 it but since then I have had any of it. I had a hard time finding it too since I can only get bitter melon in Asian store. I did not even see it in some Chinese store that I've been. Anyway, one of my friend here gave me few bitter melon and I was so happy because I love bitter melon (only if I squeeze the juice out of it as much as I can).

So last night I made it for dinner bitter melon with chicken and it was yummy. I put butter in it, one green tomatoes, one red tomatoes, two small bitter melon, one small onions, and left over chicken. I did not know how it will turn out really but at the end everything turns great and I love it. To make it taste great sprinkle spices that you like, pepper and salt and then you are set to go. Coming Up Party

There's a birthday party coming up this Saturday and I am cooking two recipes which I am looking forward. One will be the cheese cake and the rice noodles, It won't be much but doing the preparation will be fun. I am getting excited about it because I can't wait what other people will say about my cheese cake. For me I love my cheese cake it's better than the other cheese cake I tried. Cheese Cake

The other night I made my first New York cheese cake. I have been wanting to make one for a long time but I wasn't sure if it will taste good you know. So finally the other night I tried it and it took me a lot of hours to make it because I have to put aside the cream cheese until it's soft or room temperature you know. Then while doing that I made my crust which is fun, then after making my crust. I put it in my 9 inches Pyrex and put it inside the freezer for couple of hours.

Then while waiting for everything I made dinner as well, dinner that we can take to work you know. Anyway, after the cream cheese was soft enough to beat, I started mixing all the ingredients but one at a time tho that way they get mix very well. And to make my story short, I bake the cheese cake for about 75 minutes and it turns out very delicious and even myself was amazed, because I made it from scratch and everything turns out to be wonderful you know. Cancelled My Account

Yesterday I decided to cancel my T-Mobile account. Not because I was not happy with the service, it was because I don't have any coverage in the area where I lived. I called three times to the customer service and I got frustrated, because the other representative told me some false info. So finally the third time I called I got the person who understand and also got same experienced as I do.

So instead of paying $200 just like the other representative told me. He wave all the fees since he said there's no coverage in my area. I was so happy when he told me that I don't have to pay anything. Just like I told him it's not worth it to have my phone line and pay my monthly without even using it. So now I am glad to cut it off and have a different phone service. That's all for now and you all have a great time.

Just awhile ago we finished planting few plants we got from our friend. We planted different kind of plants, I am excited how they gonna look after they are grown.
